I went to a chiropractor, who is also a homeopathic advocate/healer. He suggested that I stop taking all my prescription meds (I take meds for high blood pressure, low thyroid, high cholesterol and anxiety) and he said natural supplements could replace all of them, and without the side effects that meds have. This is a scary thought to me, esp when dealing with the high BP meds. Have any of you done this with any success?

I'd be wary having a chiropractor trying to treat my high blood pressure or thyroid problems.

There are supplements that can be used to treat such things, especially cholesterol, but if you go that route, I'd suggest discussing it with your doctor first. And if you happen to be taking a beta blocker for high blood pressure, never, ever just stop it cold. Your heart will race, blood pressure will rise, and overall, it's pretty dangerous.
