I have all symptoms of PCOS and I am currently on Metformin 2000mg a day & OTC. 10 weeks down the line I will be discontinuing Ortho BCP to try get pregnant. Based on doc's experience does acne get worst or better during pregnancy? Also how does skin react after pregnancy?
