My cholesterol is a little on the high side. My health care provider has suggested taking redrice yeast. I am not willing to take the prescription druges.
I am healthy, a vegeration and exercise three to time a week. What else could possible cause this elevation in cholesterol?

Is there a history of high cholesterol in your family, early onset heart disease?
