ive recently noticed that alot of my dizziness is coming from my eyes. if i turn my head to fast or watch something on tv thats too fast i get thrown way off. so i started up my eye excersises again. bascially the ones with a card and you track it side to side, up and down ect. turn head...ect
the next morning my eyes were so tired they hurt. i noticed that after doing them i felt wiped out. so i continued and now its day 2 and i just did them and again my eyes are just so tired.
is this a good sign that they are working?

I know when I first started VRTs, my eyes were really tired, and I even went thru about 2 or 3 days where I had to work really hard to even focus my eyes ... so I'm guessing it means your exercises are working.

Your eyes are 1/3 of your vestibular System. They are now absorbing the load from your damaged labyrinth. You will feel tired doing anything that will make you dizzy... It takes extra energy to sort out Mixed signals..

That is a good sign that its an exercise you need. Make sure you don't overdo it, especially if you're starting over again after a while. You can do less, moving head slower or for a shorter period of time, and then build up again. Good luck!
