Okay, I haven't worked out in like 3-4 months ago and I just know started to work out again today.
After I got done with 100 bicep curls, my right arm started to get numb and I couldn't hardly bend my arm at all.
Now it's been an hour and my arm is starting to get pain in it.
Does anyone know if this is the symptoms of a pulled muscle?
And if it is a pulled muscle, what are the treatments for it?
Thanks, Marie;)

umm.. why would you do 100 bicep curls????!! Even doing a light weight thats alot. Even if you were doing that before you took your few months break. you cant just start where you left off. you have to work back up to doing your old routine.
you have repetitive motion injury. tendonitiz. it sucks. you will have to not work out and go easy on the elbow joint. you should also go to a sports store and get this arm band thingy that wraps around your forearm. it will speed up healing. Can take 4 to 6 weeks to heal.

I agree with bengie
You need to start back at the beginning if you have had a break. Your muscles loose strength after a while.
I think you need to rest up and if it still continues hurting then I would go and see a physiotherapist.
