I have wanted to try reflexology for a long time, and I got it done today. It was so relaxing and wonderful! One of the reasons I wanted to have this done is that I feel water retention in my feet sometimes. I definitely feel like the reflexology helped with that.

The reason I am posting this thread is that reflexology has several claims, and yes, they are not supported by medical research. However, I think that the best way to figure out the real benefits of reflexology and other alternative medicine is through personal experiences. I would like to know from people who have had this done what specific benefits you have experienced.
