I was just diagnosed with pink eye on Thursday (probably a Christmas gift from my third graders). I have been on Vigamox since then. I was just wondering when the redness will go away. Usually I wouldn't care, but Christmas is around the corner and with Christmas comes pictures. I hate having to take picture after picture anyway, but with this red eye it is going to make me hate it even more.

The redness should go away within 24-48 hours. If you are still experiencing alot of redness or matter after that time I would contact my OD. Vigamox is a good medication but sometimes you need something stronger.
