Two weeks is a pretty short time.
The only way to flatten the belly is through fat loss, meaning dieting. A little bit of ab exercise (say 20 nice slow crunches a day) will also firm you up.
Depending on your body type, flat abs might or might not be a reasonable goal. For me, it isn't. I do ab exercises because abs are good for the back and hold me up. I will never have a flat belly unless I lose a really unhealthy amount of weight. Even when I was underweight a few years back, my belly was still slightly rounded. The first place you put fat on is the last place it'll come off, and women can't remove those "last few pounds" safely.
If, on the other hand, you store more fat on the hips, thighs or backside, you might be able to flatten your belly by skipping dessert and spending more time on the treadmill.
