I have recently developed a rash on my penis and a few red spots in my pubic hair and on my stomach. they are not itchy or do not hurt at all. they are not blistering either but the rash just goes up the shaft almost to the tip only in one section of my penis. What could this be? I have had sex where the condom broke and oral sex as well that has continued for a about a month and half without any issues and now this? what could it be?
