I noticed two spots on the shaft of my penis today that were not there yesterday. Now I know all about ectopic sebaceous glands and know the difference between the two. I am a little worried because one is brownish in color. I have not been sexually active in about 4 years due to work but could this be hpv? And do warts just appear over night like this?

please help!
