I have been noticing that my memory is not as good as it was a few months ago. That may sound weird (like how can I tell) but the change has been drastic - bad grades at school (I am 21 years old), can't remember simple instructions at work, forget what I am trying to say when I start speaking, go to the store and have no idea why I went there.

I started taking Metformin in August and switched to Glucophage in November. The memory thing seems to have gotten worse since that transition, but compared to last year (prior to August) my memory was great.

I have also had a series of blood clots...maybe I had a mini stroke or something and this isn't related to Glucophage. I am on Lovenox shots, but I'm pretty sure that the only side effects it has are related to bleeding.

Has anyone felt like their memory has changed since being on Glucophage or Metformin? Thanks for your feedback!

Where were your blood clots? are you on BC pills? Do they know what your blood clots were from? Have you told your Doctor about your memory? Oleander
