I'm taking Norvasc 2.5 mgs I was going to buy a calcium tablet from the place I get my prescriptions but I got a warning saying the calcium would interfer with my prescription. I've been taking calcium tablets but now I'm afraid to keep taking them. Any one else have a problem with this?

Where did you see a warning saying that calcium would interfer with your medication?

I've been on calcium channel blockers for years (Norvasc is one, I take Verapamil)and my doctor also recommends that I take calcium, which I do, with no apparent problems.
