i am a 27 yr old male. i had high b/p last year which was about 150/90, i have the machine so i monitored it for about 3 months this year and it was pretty normal. recently it has been about 160/110, but when i go to the doctors they say its normal(110/80) its not the machine bc i had other people test theres and it came up normal. problem is i cant get put on medicine bc they think its normal. any ideas? i also have mitral valve prolapse and when i had blood work done 2 months ago my kindney tests were a little low but they said it wasnt that bad. my cholestral is also 220 but trigricides wand hdl were good. please send me some ideas? thanks much, ron
