I am hoping someone can put my mind at ease. I have been having erratic blood pressure readings for the last several months, anywhere from 150/92 to 100/60 and am worried. My PCP thinks we should just monitor it for awhile as I have had many hear tests (echo cardio stress, cardialite, and holter monitor to name a few-all with good results. In addition, my heart runs high even at rest, ususally around 90-95. I work out regulalry, and am not over weight although I would like to loose at least 10 pounds. Anyway, I take anti enxiety meds. and have rheumatoid arthritis which requires meds. as well. I wonder if all the meds. can influence all of this as well as the anxiety. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I worry about this all the time!
