I am carrently running an education center for adults. Several seminars are taking place for unemployed persons in order to eqquipe them with some proffessional qualities and thus help them find a job. In the end of these seminars there's usually a trip abroad which means that the students will have to enter a boeing. Is that an issue for claustophobic persons?

I think this would be more suitable for the anxiety/panic disorders area. As far as I know it's different from person to person, I knew someone that couldn't get on buses and another who had no problem with them.
