hi im 23, 6'2 188 pounds and i have blood pressure of 125/89 and my pulse rate was 125. i usally have a pulsrate of 70-86 beats per min. is all this normal? i have been having panic attacks and was neverous so i went to a rite aid and got my blood pressure taken. and i was nervous at the time so perhaps thats my reason for 125 beats that min.
is this normal?

Your systolic reading (top) was not too bad, and your diastolic (bottom) was only borderline high. Your pulse rate, however, was certainly higher than it should be.

If you've been having panic attacks, that could certainly affect your blood pressure. Have you seen a doctor regarding the panic attacks? Treating the panic attacks may reduce your blood pressure and pulse. You may need to see either a psychiatrist or a psychopharmacologist. This doesn't mean your "nuts"...it may simply mean that you have a chemical imbalance in your system which is causing this to happen. Appropriate medication can help alleviate the symptoms.
