S :cool: alexiwildchild 12-27-2007, 12:11 AM thank you so much. why haven't i been doing these all along? how are they working for you? you're welcome. well...to be completely honest...i haven't been doing them for quite a while since my supposed MAV diagnosis--i've heard that it isn't good for MAV'ers to do the VRT's--so i haven't been doing them. although, i do wonder if i should be doing the eye exercises since i just basically have jumpy vision 24/7 and some imbalance for the last few months..ughh. good luck to you. are you in a "blip"...i thought you were back to 100% or maybe that was someone else on here:confused: |
