Hi, I'm 40 and

deleted

having difficulty with my job. I am missing work and am wondering if I am able to get SSI. I have a sister who is on SSI for the same thing. I have a husband who does NOT think I need to do this yet, but I do. I often cry the whole way to work and cannot sleep the night before I work. My husband is concerned about lost income. HELP!!

I know it isn't easy but working with your doctor and a good therapist would give you your life back. Perhaps a different type of work, working less hours, or even finding a job that you could do from your home would be a solution while you get your meds fine tuned. Disability/SSi would be very isolating - please let your doctor know how you are feeling. If you don't have a good relationship with your doctor try another and keep trying till you click with a doctor and together you can get healthy!
