Doctor tell me HPV can not be cured. But why I and my wife is given medicine after she found she is infected.

Hi
My doctor told me that there are many strains of HPV, four of which can cause precancerous cells. Whilst your wife may have one strain she can still contract the other strains. Whilst I have CIN1 caused by a strain of HPV, my doctor suggested that I get the injections for the other HPV strains to avoid any other problems.
