I am allergic to some of every kind of food. I am currently on a rotation diet. I spoke to my allergist about some material I had read that said that food allergies can cause joint pain. She told me they can. I have problems with pain in my shoulders from time to time. Due to the fact that I am on a rotation diet (I can still eat some of the foods in moderation), and I sometimes have delayed reactions, it is hard for me to pinpoint what is causing it. Does anyone else have joint pain that they feel is due to food allergies? What foods do you feel causes the pain?
