Side Effects - none.

Also jog regularly and there is no decrease
in running speed. In fact, I am running just a bit
faster.

That really freaks me out. I'm an athlete and I worry about what these drugs are doing to me. I hate being on BP meds. I'm going to get this stuff..tell me is there a certain brand name that you use?

thanks, Lisa

Hyperbalance is the brand name. It is based on Chinese herbals. You can get it at a number of places on the web. or directly from GVI.

There are a number of ingredients and they are exactly
the same as recommended by Chinese Herbalists. I think
I mentioned some of the research on the other Hyperbalance question.

There is no prescription required.

I seem to be staying at 139/81 as per the last couple of measurements.

OK, the question is - how did I get to Hyperbalance:

First, of course I had the usual side effects from the prescription drugs. Then I tried the normal herbals and had a side effect from Hawthorne which I think may actually be unusual.

I then looked for Traditional Chinese Medicine and ran into a site by Phd. Harry Hong (website by the same name). He suggested :

1. Uncaria rhynchophilla
2. Apocynum venetum
3. Eucommia ulmoides
4. Cassia obtusfolia

Hyperbalance has all these plus

1. Prunella vulgaris
2. Gastrodia elata
3. Chrysanthemum indicum
4. Rauwolfia yunnanensis

Very close match I thought.
So I ordered it from Creative Health Works in San Francisco and it works better than I ever dreamed.
You can also get it from GVI. There is no prescription required.

Jay
