Could this be a concussion?
Today I was in a car accident and my head hit the door window. After I had a slight head ache, then after the edrinaline wore off I started feeling tired, nausouse(sp) and the head ache got worse. Now about 9 hours later, my head ache is still bad, I feel really nausouse(sp) , Im tired to an extent and sometimes I feel weird..I really dont know how to explain it, its kinda like being disoriented.
any suggestions would be appricated. Thanks.
