I was in a car accident and had a large purple bruise on my breast from the seat belt. It is now 10 days later and as I looked at the bruise which is fading I felt a small lump in the middle of the bruised area. I an pretty sure this is from the accident but just wondered how long should I watch this before I have to have it checked?
