I'm 23, and had a EKG about 2 years ago. I'm not sure if those facts matter in this at all but there they are. About 2 weeks ago I started having symptoms that I would feel a big beat, just one or two, no more then three at a time, in my upper chest, almost in my throat. I would feel like I was having trouble drawing a breath when it happened. Sometimes I get a tad dizzy too. I also suffer from acid reflux and anxiety. For some reason I have it in my head that its atrial fibrillation. Can somebody help me please? Thank you.

Anxiety could be contributing to your palpitations. Since these episodes concerns you, why not visit with your doctor and see what s/he has to say instead of worrying more?
Hope you feel better soon. Good luck.

it sounds more like PVC's or PAC's. bigeminy, or some other arrythmia but a-fib doesn;t tend to have distinct beats because what it is is the atria more or less quivering. Although you may be experiencing the feeling when converting in and out of A-fib but I would tend to think some other arrythmia.
Go to a doc and let him check it out.
many arrythmias cause light headedness and some cause actual syncope.
with acid reflux and anxiety, it could simply be a result of those problems. If you are onno meds for anxiety, you might want to have the doc check this out as well.
acid reflux can result in some very serious conditions so if this is more than temporary, have him check this out as well.
