I think that's a very individual thing, but I get a bit bloated, more tired than usual, headachy, some cramps, and sometimes grouchy and hungry. I've known some women who had NO symptoms at all. So it's important to track your periods on a calendar so you hopefully have SOME idea when they might be coming.
