Hi,

I have dumbells, 9.5s - 15s and 21s pounds set, and I need to know if that is enough for weightlifting program or I would need more weight in the future. I have a dislocated shoulder, also High BP but controlled with medication. 1 month ago I would do the shoulder exercises with the 9.5 dumbells and get pain in my injuried soulder. Now I do it with the 15s with very little pain and my shoulder is stronger and more stable.

I wonder if I would need something like 30s pounds in the future, or what I have is enough.

Also I don't have bench and I need exercises for both Chest and Back with dumbells.
Thanks for help,
Michael

You will probably need heavier weights though. I use more than 25 lbs on some of my exercises.

As for not having a bench, you can do bench press on the floor, you just won't get to go below parallel, which some people say is needed and other people say is dangerous.

Hope that helps.
