I saw this machine in Brookstone, it looks like fun, it's supposed to simulate abb workouts like riding a horse. I was just wondering if anyone has tried it as part as their usual routine and what they thought. Thanks!:jester:

I haven't seen it, but if you want to work your abs, there are a lot of exercises for that which require no more equipment than your living room rug, or possibly a chair.
If you want core strengthening "like riding a horse" there's always an inflatable exercise ball. Way cheaper. All exercise devices claim to be easy to use, this is always wrong. Either using them is hard work, or they are worthless.
I could be wrong, this could be the best piece of exercise equipment since the dumbbell, but I suspect there are better uses for $300+. You could get a 6-month membership at my gym for that.
