Hi,

Over the course of the day I find that my right eye appears larger, and the pupil size dilation varies between both my eyes, but generally the right eye has a noticeable increase in dilation over the left.

It's most noticeable usually before I go to sleep (i.e. when I've been vertical all day) and least noticeable when I wake up (when I've been horizontal for a while) so gravity seems to be having some effect.

I've been to my doctors and had a basic eye test and as far as they are concerned its nothing to worry about.

Any thoughts as this is a recent thing thats come on within the last few months.
