I believe the vitamins and inactive ingredients are safe. Each of those herbs has its own set of risks and benefits. Some of them may treat impotence, however, they can cause other problems. I would look up each of them individually in at least 2 sources.
None of these substances will produce the effect the manufacturer claims.

You need to be careful with that list. While things like Vitamin B, and Zinc are everyday nutrients, the others are not. Although they may be "safe" you don't know what safe really means. If you are taking any type of medication or even your diet then they ingredients could make you feel out of sorts. Not to mention the strain that a lot of these supplements place on your heart, lungs, brain, digestive system, liver, kidneys, etc. Now, I am not saying that you are going to experience all or any of these things, but it is possible. Just like smoking, the effects are not seen right away, but instead over time. That is how supplements like the one you purchased work as well. You best bet is to run or jog (which ever you are more comfortable), incorporate some fruit and vegetables, and do some yoga. It sounds terrible, but here is why ....The running instantly boosts testosterone, oxygen, and serotonin. Testosterone, we know why you need that, oxygen flow helps blood flow, and serotonin is the "happy" hormone (kind of like the feeling after you eat chocolate). Fruits and vegetables help to rid the body of toxins that would cause a person to have "trouble," and finally yoga ...Yoga sounds corny, but I take classes when I can, and there are men in the classes I promise you. They are very spiritual, and intune with their bodies (hint hint :)) Yoga helps to clear your mind well after you preform it. If you can learn to clear your mind on key, then you are one step closer. It also aides with toxin removal, stress reduction, flexibility, strength, oxygen flow, and hormone release. <removed> You can even take a trip to the book store to find books about yoga. Do it in the privacy of your own home. If you have a wife, get her involved. The simple act of sharing time doing yoga together will bring you closer, and more spiritually intuned. I feel the supplement you are talking about isn't needed. It will only last a short time, if it even works, with effects you don't, and may not know about. If anything it should be a last resort. Good luck.
P.s.- while your at the book store, pick up a Kama Sutra book ...Incredible.
