Help needed
My 2 year old vomits every Tuesday for the past 13 weeks about 10 minutes after we put her to bed at night. She drinks her milk like every other night. She is not crying or upset at the time. I have noticed that she begins to cough. Last night i took her out of her bed just in time, she was hot and sweety and vomited after coughing on the floor. We do not do anything that she would associate a Tuesday with. Her bed time changes as to what is going on with the family, yet she still vomits on Tuesdays. If it is allergy then why only on a Tuesday night and the foods she eats is the same as every other night.
Help please i am sick of cleaning her vomit!

do you live in a place where someone could be spraying something on their yard/garden/trees/etc? or is someone cleaning house that day with a certain cleaner (tuesday is my big house cleaning day), or something like that? something that could get into the air and cause a reaction???

Could she be getting overly excited or worked up about something on TV? Like maybe a show that's on that day that gets her jumping around and dancing a little too much?

she attends child care during the day as i am a teacher, however even during the holidays when i am at home and she does not attend child care she still vomits. She loves to watch Shrek however she watches it most days.
Thanks for the ideas - please keep them coming!!!

I am also thinking something is different about Tuesdays. Do they do something in school on Tuesday that they don't do on the other days? Or do you have something for dinner on Mondays specifically? I know every Thursday my son has a stomache ache, sometimes it starts on Wed. night BUT my husband is off on Thursdays so we have pretty much figured out he just wants to stay home with daddy instead of going to school. Sorry, I just saw that she is throwing up at night so do you have a Tuesday night dinner consistently, or does the daycare have a specific snack or lunch on that day?

Do you think that the vomiting is causing her coughing or the coughing is causing her vomiting? When my daughter's allergies were bad she would choke/cough on the post nasal drip that was stuck in her throat and this would cause her to vomit. Boy do I know enough about cleaning up vomit at night! My other daughter's allergies caused her to have reflux at night which would make her cough and occasionally vomit. Sinus drainage at night can also cause coughing. Do you wash the bedding on Wednesday (thus, higher dust mite concentrations on Tuesday night)?

Is there someone that she sees on Tuesday or Wednesday that she doesn't see other days? Is there a little kid bully or mean worker at daycare that is part-time that sees her only on Tuesdays or that she anticipates seeing every Wednesday?
