I've seen the supplement coq10 for sale in various stores and have read up on it a little. Does anyone have any experience with this supplement and what effect has it had? Also, how much are you suppose to take to help with elevated blood pressure levels

thanks

I am taking it now ...in fact i also started natural calm magnesium with it and I feel great since taking both. I don't know what my results are yet becuase I go back to the doctors in July to find out. I take 1 CoQ-10 a day at 30 mg..for the last 2 weeks I have been taking both and i just started niacin too 500 mg a day for cholesterol..so keep your fingers crossed and let's hope my bloodwork next month has better results..Lisa

What kind of Niacin? I take "Substained Release" and have been advised it may not be the right kind
