Hi

I`ve had these for several years with no explanation. Dr says they are caused from caffeine and other items. I`ve noticed though i get them when i move my body a certain way. If im standing and just move my upper body either direction i can feel them. They are so much worse at night. I did start to notice a difference when i began drinking more water but then again it seemed like they came back like before and the water stopped making a difference. Ive been tested a couple times..chest xray..echo and EKG the only thing i didnt do is the monitor which i will be doing soon.

I just need to know why would i get these by moving my body. are my lungs bumping my heart or what? Another thing is sometimes it happens a few times in a row and i cough and it gets back to normal. Sometimes i take a deep breath and get one. Also i noticed my heart rate speeds up when i take a deep breath. Does everyones do that?

I started taking notes on when they would be at their worst and by chance i had more after drinking tim hortons coffee.

Another thing around evening time i get a bit dizzy that lasts through the night and when it starts i feel like i need to go to bed. The dizziness is not like a room spinning dizzy. its more like a car sickness feeling. But dr says thats due to my sinus trouble. Ive been treated for sinus infection but nothing takes it away.
its just scary having PVCs and then motion sickness all together. Makes me feel like i have a heart problem or something. I just hope each feeling is caused by normal things and not anything serious. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

Many people have this problem but do not notice the PVC's if their heartbeat is over 75 bpm. Mine is 60, so I do feel the flutter. They are quite benign and I have had them for 15 years. My wife also has them but does not notice as her heartbeat is too fast.
Try apple cider vinegar and vit c and calcium. Mine has reduced since.
STRESS!!!!!!!
Good luck
