I eat a high fiber breakfast, like oatmeal with apples, nuts, and raisins, does this limit absorption of all the vitamins, minerals, and supplements I take during or just after the meal?

Also, if I take lipitor when is the best time to take CoQ10 supplements - do I take them together or somewhat at different times. Kinda asked this before but didn't get any feedback. Please comment.

Since you asked before and got no response I will respond although I am not a expert.

I take my supplements during the day without a meal but I have eaten and will eat again in a hour or two. Sometimes I take them when I eat. I just assumed it all get asorbed rather you eat with them or not. I eat tons of fiber but it don't go anywhere until the next morning when I drink my coffee.
