Does anyone notice they have problems digesting certain foods now? Meat is hard. It's like my digestive track has slowed down. I can't tolerate certain foods now.

Yes I have noticed that since menopause hit I do not digest food the same. I have found that taking a digestive aid does help though. Another helpful thing is DGL Licorice, it is chewable, some brands taste bad and others are ok.

YES!! It feels like the food just sits in my stomach for a long time before it finally starts going throuh my digestive tract. I take two under-the-tongue Vitamin B12's before I eat, and that seems to help a little with the digestion. It is one of the many, many uncomfortable menopause symptoms!
