Hi everyone,

I heard that anything you suffered with before menopause will be 100% worse during menopause. I have always had stomach problems, and I'm wondering if anyone here has an upset stomach with menopause. I read on another menopause board that several women there deal with this. I get so diescouraged, because it seems like it will never end...

Thanks for your input, and happy Sunday everyone...

Just for the fact that menopause is generally an aging issue it is hard to know but the stomach problems...like indigestion and things like that are just part of aging and we just can't eat the same things as we grow older. So I can't automatically say it is menopause or that is is worse because of menopause. I think it is worse just because you are older. My husband can no longer tolerate any prepared foods you buy at the store nor can he tolerate restaurant foods.

Afternoon all:)

I've noticed indigestion and upset stomach more since menopause as well as certain foods not agreeing with my stomach...not fried food but things like peanut butter....can't say if it is just getting older or menopause...either way it is very irritating...especially at night when I wake up with indigetstion.
