Do some of you still work out? All I want to do is start to do some crunches and I am nervous they will make me terribly dizzy any ideas, feedback, advice, or suggestions?

Just takes your mind off it too.If i start to feel funny i just start chatting to my little girl in her buggy.i must say pushing a buggy helps as it acts as a support and makes me feel secure, weired i know! I sound like an overprotective mother when people ask if they can push her and i quickly say no!, he he. maria sheriff56 01-06-2008, 04:13 PM Gym sends me dizzy but the treadmill and walking is fine. Jayne dizzyandsad 01-06-2008, 06:18 PM Does anyone try crunches though? scotsman9 01-06-2008, 06:22 PM I would not start by doing crunches especially if your head is moving all over the place. Start at the gym really slowly and take it very easy. I over did it over Christmas at the gym and now have full blown visual vertigo again. Give your body time to adjust. Best ... There are lots of ab exercises that don't involve moving your head repeated so you might want to start with others if it bothers you. |
