I have a problem with possible Skin Peeling on the bottom of my foot. I can't remember how long I've actually had this problem, but if I had to take a guess, I'd say I've had this for about 5-6 months, maybe more. I really can't remember. Basically, it seems like the skin on the bottom of my feet are peeling. It doesn't seem like it's healing itself either. I thought maybe it was because I take long showers or something of the like, but I don't know. I'm beginning to wonder if maybe I caught some kind of fungus or something.

Does anyone know of maybe a cream or something I can take? I'm considering going to a Foot Doctor about it, but I want to see if I can fix this up myself by buying some kind of cream. I think someone recommended to me OTC Lamisal or something like that. Can anyone help? I'll be glad to answer any questions about it also if you want to ask.

Athlete's foot can cause a lot of peeling on the feet. You might be able to find some pictures of the "moccasin" type, and see if it looks like your feet. If that's the problem, antifungals usually help. If not, your doctor might have some ideas.

It's definitely not the "Moccasin" type. I saw a thumbnail picture of it, and I definitely don't have that. I basically have skin peeling, and I believe scaling as well. That's about it. I was going to buy some Lamisal AT cream to see if that can help.
