Hello,
I'm taking my son to his third appointment with the Developmental Ped. on Wednesday. He turns 2 on Thursday. What kinds of questions should I be asking at this age? I've read 50 checklists on line about milestones, and my son does early intervention and speech therapy already.
The first two appointments, the Dev. Ped. was convinced that my son isn't on the spectrum. From your experience, what are the "real red flags" at two years of age.
My son still has speech that only we can understand. He can't say m's and n's for example but he does try to communicate with us.
Please help me with some "Big" questions that should be asked and what skills should he definitely have by this age that would be concerning if he doesn't.
All responses would be so appreciated!! Thanks.
John
