I have read conflicting info on exercising after a meal.. Does anyone here have any input into this subject? I would think that exercise might make your food digest faster thus getting it to a point where you don't have problems.. And I am talking taking a walk outside or on the treadmill not running, or doing weights...
Any info would be appreciated.. Thank you

I don't know what the correct answer is, but I like to workout before a meal. It usually makes me get fuller sooner and hence I eat less. Whenever I walk after eating it seems like it puts my bowels into overdrive and I have to stop and use the restroom.
Plus I have always heard that you may get muscle cramps if you exercise after eating, but that could be an old tale that my mom told me.

Depends on what type of exercise you're going to do. Walking after a meal is great for reducing the chance of reflux but avoid lifting wts and bending. When I'm able, I work out before lunch. Seems enough time between meals to not cause problems but taking a walk after eating will aid digestion. I can't do any kind of activity without starting to cough my head off. Even taking a walk. It sucks.
