my eyesight has deteriorated over the last 2 years, im now 45, im finding i having to wear my glasses more and more, for reading. The Computer has been the worst thing i think for my eyesight.

the problem is i work on a computer most of the day for my work. I have to look at my computer then up at people so im doing this a lot, like every 20 seconds or so.

Twice now ive noticed that a few hours after completing my shift i have has what i would describe as Vertigo, but im sure its to do with the quick changes my eyes have to make during the day. anyone have any ideas if this constant readjustment is causing this dizziness. It goes away if i take a stemetil, but i dont want this. I was wondering if i could get some glasses that cope with the computer screen AND the normal vision.

I don't know from personal experience, but my neighbor works with computers all day, and she was told by her opthomologist to get tri-vision glasses, and she said they are wonderful - upper for distance, center for computer and lower for close reading. Just a thought.
