Did you mean hydrochlorothiazide? (A blood pressure medication)
Hydrochlorothiazide, as most blood pressure medications, decreases libido and also causes ED.
As for the cholesterol lowering drugs, no effects on sexual function were reported with Fluvastatin. ED was reported with Atorvastatin and Simvastatin (Lipitor).
