My son is 5 yrs. old. He is non-verbal. He frequently bites his forearm in the same place. We have consulted various therapists and tried different things, but he still does it. I have seen pictures of kids with protection to limit the amount of injury, but haven't had any luck finding such devices. I have searched every possible combination of words I can think of. Does anybody know what the arm protectors are called? If you could tell me what they are called I could find them myself. thanks!

I'm sorry I dont know what you are talking about, but I wonder what if you tried just an arm brace type thing. At our local Snyders they have a ton of different arm and leg wraps and braces and guards, etc for adults and children in different sizes for sprains and strains, etc ~ I would think that would provide at least some protection ??? just an idea ~ good luck!
