I got the results from my barium swallow today and confirmed what I already knew, I have narrowing in my lower esophagus and some reflux. I have been dilated twice already and had no lp symptoms until after the first dilation. I have now been dilated twice and I am concerned that if I am dilated again, it will just make the lp even worse.

My GI doesn't believe I have LP, though my ENT has diagnosed it. I am going to have a manometry done next week, so hopefully I will find out more.

Does anyone else have reflux-caused esophageal narrowing with LP reflux. I always thought it was more associated with GERD not LPRD.
