I dont know if my heart really freezes but that is what it feels like. I have did some research on this but due to lack of knowlodge of some medical terms and such i just went ahead and posted.

So this isnt the first time this has happened but it has far been the worst. Today i was standing up during work talking to somebody, when i felt pressure in my chest, got light head and things started to get black. So i kneeled and fell over. This usually happens when i lay down in bed. I have read about anxiety and stuff, so to let ya know i have been more than usual stressed lately.

This felt like somebody cut off blood to my head

Wow! I'd be scared too! But I'm not quit clear on your symptoms.....you say your heart freezes - do you mean your heart stops and then starts again but you faint after?
