I have legs that differ in length ..not too much but it's noticeable. and also one of my legs is stronger, the shorter one is weaker.
anyways i have noticed over the years that if i walk a good distance or run.. my lower bback gets sooo tired and i have to stop.
Is there a way to fix this or there's no way? By the way i'm not weak, i exercise and i'm well built but still i get strong tiredness in the back... It's one thing to get back pain from lifting but why would i get it just from walking.
Is this directly related to me having imbalanced limbs and having lived with them for 28 years( my age)

I also have a leg length discrepancy--about 5/8". My lower back bothers me at times too. Do you wear a 'lift' in your shoe on the shorter leg? I've found that to be a great relief. Also, a good orthopedic doctor can evaluate your situation and possibly send you for physical therapy to strengthen the weaker leg. Doing this while you are young will be a great help as you age.

a guy I worked with had this. he experienced back back as well. he got tired of wearing the lifts and had surgury on his short leg to lengthen it. Looked incredible painful. had this metal pins and brace thing all down the leg for months as the bone regrew tot he new length. He was very happy with the result and doesn't have the back pain anylonger.
