ive had this tailbone pain for a while now and no one ccan figure out what it i. it started about 3 months ago and when i went to the washroom i noticed some puss on the stools and then with some antibiotics it went away but came back fairly fast. i have had 3 mri's a cat scan and a regular xray and they tell me there is nothing. i am a long haul truck driver and cant sit. can you help???????

Maybe the pain is coming from your spinal discs. I'd go see if you can get an MRI of the area near your tail bone.

Do a search on coccydynia. It's painful--I suffered for 4 years with it. :(
