View Full Version : Seton for rectal fistula

Adult male with a rectal fistula following abscess on buttock. Seton placed since it was not healing and pus still found while under anesthesia. Has anyone had this treatment for drainage, and then later follow with advancement flap surgery? Was it successful? How long did it take to heal?
