If your husband has a perforated bowel, he should be taken for medical care immediately!! I had a perforated stomach years ago, and I was in extreme pain for approximately nine hours before my wife took me to the hospital where I had emergency surgery to repair the perforation. They told her if she had waited another hour, I wouldn't have made it. Please, if you think your husband has a perforation, seek medical help!
