Do spices consumes almost daily, like garlic, paprika, mustard, vineger, etc, eat up your esophagos? Does this lead to problems that might permanently have an effect on swallowing? Just want to hear opinions, I have no idea.

not sure if they do or not but spicy food, per se, is a no no for Gerd sufferers.

The spices don't per se- but if they cause you to reflux more, than that would be the cause of a potential problem.
