Recently at various times during the day, but normally just after midday I suffer from what can only be described as feeling like pressure in my head. I also sometimes feel confused and feel as if I am losing my memory. I therefore am worried that I may have a brain tumour. I also have been suffering from sharp pains in my hands and fingers and sometimes in other joints. Is this related?

Any help would be much appreciated.

I think the best thing to do is see your GP asap Tom. It could be a number of things from anxiety to a vestibular disorder but i very much doubt u have a brain tumour. Good luck!
